Cecilie Bahnsen Makes History With Her Third ASICS Collaboration
Marking the first-ever women’s model of ASICS’ GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII.
Cecilie Bahnsen is making history with her third ASICS collaboration, debuting the first-ever women’s model of the GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII silhouette. Fusing her feminine vision with the tech-first design of ASICS, the result is a new sandal silhouette that merges the best of both worlds.
Utilizing the GEL-QUANTUM 360 VIII tooling and DIVISION SPACE technology, the new release features enhanced comfort and a sandal-style upper complete with two, floral-encrusted velcro straps. Crafted with an upper base of two-tone mesh and 5D-printed overlays, the shoe’s design is finished by a semi-transparent rubber outsole with customized floral print.
Celebrating the new release is a campaign lensed by Casper Sejersen, in collaboration with the creative studio, MOON. Modelled by Danish gymnast Frida Lund, the campaign explores themes of power, delicacy, strength and femininity.
Take a look at the new collaboration above, slated for release on August 8.
