Amelia Gray Just Designed Her First Denim Collection for FRAME

Pairing off-duty denim with Parisian chic.

Amelia Gray just took her relationship with FRAME to the next level, designing her first denim collection for the brand. Blending Parisian chic with L.A. cool, the new collaboration draws on Gray’s own style and evolves her existing relationship with the brand.

“This collection is extremely personal to me,” the model begins in a press release. “I’ve been a customer and fan of FRAME for so long that designing with them felt like the right moment to finally express what I’ve always looked for in the perfect capsule collection. I paid attention to everything — the color, the washes, the fit, the fabric. I wanted pieces that elevate a look without overthinking it — clothes you can wear anywhere, in any moment, and still feel like yourself,” she adds.

Balancing oversized silhouettes and fitted denim, the collection offers a mix of classic designs with a directional edge, favoring low-slung jeans and slouchy bombers, paired with barely-there tank tops and soft T-shirts. Mirroring Gray’s off-duty style, the new release is filled with relaxed and baggy fits, complemented by chic mini skirts, plaid prints and cropped knitwear.

“I’ve lived in LA and New York, and I think my style has always existed in that space between the two — laid back but sharp, effortless but intentional. This collection reflects that duality. FRAME has been part of my wardrobe since I was a teenager, when I first asked for one of their leather trenches for Christmas, so designing together felt meaningful. I wanted pieces that elevate a look without overthinking it — clothes you can wear anywhere, in any moment, and still feel like yourself,” Gray tells Hypebae.

To celebrate the release, FRAME and Amelia Gray teamed up with creative collaborator and stylist Mel Ottenberg for a campaign shot in New York City by Chris Colls.
