London-based footwear brand Lili Curia‘s festive capsule has arrived, bringing vintage-inspired styles and Big Smoke edginess to the holiday season. The emerging label just launched earlier this year, but it’s already a cult favorite in fashionable circles. Influenced by eras of the past and costume design for the biggest stages, if you’re looking for a shoe to fuel your period piece footwear fantasy, there’s no better brand to be acquainted with. Dropping in time for Winter Wonderland and festive functions, this collection is ushering out 2025 with a booted bang.
In a beautifully staged campaign shot by Benedict Brink, the new shoes are placed in the middle of a holiday party, sitting between charcuterie and smashed cakes. The standout style is the “Ida” boot: a knee-high, lace-up pair made for the Victorian era. Drawing on the corsets and undergarments women used to wear in centuries past, the “Jacqueline” pull-on boot features an intricate lacing detail on the side. The “Jules” ankle boot is a show-stopper in red, with similar corsetry-inspired lacing for a shorter take on the vintage look.
The “Isolde” ballet sneakers are more rooted in the present, combining two of the most popular footwear trends du jour for a romantic, floral, everyday style. Completing the collection is the “Ginger” Mary-Jane, arriving in black with embroidered, red flowers, just in case you’re looking for a more classic look this winter.
