Born and bred in sunny Los Angeles, madhappy is carving out a space in fashion with its feel-good approach to elevated basics and ultra-comfy loungewear. Just in time for warmer days, madhappy linked up with Hysteric Glamour for a drop that gives summer in California energy.
madhappy knows a thing or two about buzzy collabs. In the past, the brand partnered with Japanese cult-favorite Needles and produced a nostalgia-fueled capsule with GAP, which featured It-girl Devon Lee Carlson and artist 070 Shake. This latest drop with streetwear legend Hysteric Glamour is the next evolution, made for golden hour hangs and breezy coastal nights.
The capsule features cozy hoodies to throw on as the sun dips below the horizon, and breezy shorts perfect for post-surf chillouts. Announcing the drop on Instagram, madhappy shared a caption that summed it up perfectly: “We find shared connection in the dualities that define our worlds — the highs and the lows. Together, our collection represents an homage and an ever-evolving exploration of the California state of mind.”
