This New adidas Arabia Campaign Celebrates the Humble Soccer Jersey

Liverpool FC recently dropped its new Home and Away jerseys for the 2025/26 season and they’re pretty special. Even more special, though, is the new campaign they feature in, produced by adidas Arabia.
Released last week, the editorial is shot by photographer Mariam El Gendy in the heart of Cairo, Egypt, with a backdrop of classical architecture and golden sunshine. Captured at Beit Yakan, a beautifully restored 17th-century Mamluk villa, football and fashion have collided with a historical narrative to show off the kits. Shown on grand balconies and in elegant dining rooms, the campaign creates a dreamy new way for us to experience the humble football kit, and we’re here for it.
The Home jersey honors the club’s DNA in its purest form with a red base, while the Away jersey features a cream backdrop with red and black accents, synonymous with past jerseys. The classic Liver Bird crest is emblazoned on the chest with a clean crewneck collar and bespoke ribbing on the cuffs for a modern overall aesthetic. Elsewhere, the on-field version is constructed with advanced materials to maximize air flow and keep players feeling cool, while the fan version uses absorbent materials to keep you feeling dry.
Sam Handy, GM at adidas Football, shared in a press release, “The return of adidas to Liverpool FC is a momentous occasion for us.
