ASHISH's SS26 Beauty Looks Turned the Runway Into a "Mad Rave"

While other runway beauty looks grow subdued and understated, ASHISH brought all of the loud, playful glamour to its Spring/Summer 2026 show. The look, created by Terry Barber and MAC Cosmetics, make use of the show’s “mad rave” theme. As models danced on the runway — their glam included bold, glittery shadow and light-reflecting lip looks.
Just like the fashion house’s previous shows, the SS26 collection brought colorful garments and eye-catching silhouettes. Harping on this, makeup artist Terry Barber referenced ASHISH’s signature aesthetic along with a few vintage references. “The general vibe at ASHISH is all the models are at a mad rave — and this is ASHISH, so of course there will be glitter. Liz Taylor in Cleopatra, 70s Biba, 30s Garbo brow – but very decadent and free. Theres not much else to say other than its ASHISH – so it’s obviously amazing,” Barber says.
The carefree aura of the show seamlessly weaves itself into Barber’s over-the-top sparkly glam. Not only did the models sport a multitude of eye looks, equally-colorful eyebrows and iridescent lip combos rounded out the ensembles. Through different application techniques and a varied portfolio of rainbow-hued MAC products, ASHISH’s “mad rave” glam is a masterclass on vibrant beauty details.
