Dua Lipa and YSL Beauty Unveil a New Perfume
“Libre Berry Crush” has arrived.
YSL Beauty is officially expanding its “Libre” collection of perfumes. For the launch of the new “Libre Berry Crush” Eau de Parfum, the brand tapped global ambassador Dua Lipa to star in the sensorial campaign inspired by the fragrance’s fresh and fruity scent notes.
“The film is a visual response to the raspberry fruit and sugary tones of the fragrance. It’s playfully seductive without being overtly sexy. It’s suggestive and yummy, tasteful and yet tasty, in a cinematic way,” the director, Diane Kunst, says in a press release. Drawing inspiration from the internet’s obsession with the female gaze, the campaign plays into the cheeky, feminine nature of “Libre Berry Crush.”
Described by YSL as “dripping in the young, sexy-juicy deliciousness of raspberry,” the scent is the first fruity and floral perfume to enter the “Libre” lineup. Created by master perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaim, “Libre Berry Crush” is infused with raspberry, coconut, orange blossom and lavender for a scent profile that’s just as complex as it is sweet.
The “Libre Berry Crush” Eau de Parfum retails for $180 USD and is available for purchase on the brand’s website.
