Sydney Sweeney Launched an Underwear Brand, and the Internet Has Thoughts
Teased through a viral Hollywood stunt that may see Sweeney faced with criminal charges.
Sydney Sweeney has come under fire a lot recently, from her controversial American Eagle campaign to the comments that followed. Despite it all, the actor has once again stepped into the limelight, but this time to launch her own underwear brand, named Syrn.
Launched through a viral stunt which may now see Sweeney facing criminal charges (she threw her brand’s bras onto the Hollywood sign, obviously), the brand claims to bridge the gap between “on-screen siren and everyday confidence.” Designed to replicate the actor’s own style, the first collection features lace corsets, basques and plunge bras, paired with sheer stockings, low-rise thongs and bodysuits.

Dubbed “Seductress,” the first collection has seemingly sold out entirely following Sweeney’s Hollywood stunt, with no restock information shared at this stage. Overall, the response to Syrn has been somewhat mixed, with some die-hard fans pleased to see Sweeney launching a new business venture, while other commenters pointed out the over-sexualization of the brand, despite her previous comments, and stated that it’s not the best timing given her current reputation.
Little else is known about her plans for the brand’s future, but we expect to see plenty more releases coming our way, whether we want them or not…
Head to the brand’s website for a glimpse of its first collection and stay tuned for more details.
