Converse Is Dropping the Most Adorable Hello Kitty Collection
Including a limited-edition Swarovski crystal Chuck 70.
Converse is keeping it cute this year, unveiling a Hello Kitty collaboration that could heal your inner child. Teaming up with Sanrio, the whole gang is invited for this drop. The duo are celebrating the power of friendship, bringing Hello Kitty’s closest friends along for the ride, too. Bringing the iconic characters to life across a range of sneakers, this is a release you’ll want to have on your radar.
The collection spans a wide range of Converse’s signature silhouettes, including the Chuck 70 and the Chuck Taylor in both high and low-top styles. The all-ages collaboration features styles in both adult and kids’ sizes, with sticker inspired designs covering the versatile sneaker styles with whimsical characters and decals.
A special-edition Chuck 70 is covered in Swarovski crystals for an elevated, glamorous option in the collaboration. the sneaker arrives in an off-white colorway with hot pink details on the lining and insoles. On the side of the sneaker, Hello Kitty gets a crystal makeover, with a matching charm detail attached to the laces. The iconic Converse All-Star logo on the instep is reimagined in hot pink crystals, too.
The Converse x Hello Kitty collection will be available to purchase starting March 5 on the Converse website and select retailers.
