Glossier Unveils Yet Another Perfume
“Glossier You Soie” has arrived.
Glossier‘s “You” fragrance is undoubtedly a cult-classic, and the brand just announced its newest skin-scent enhancer: “Glossier You Soie.” Just like the rest of the brand’s perfumes, the scent is said to smell different on everyone. “Soie” in particular is warm and floral — drawing inspiration from the radiance of the sun.
As the brand’s first solar fragrance, “Soie” smells like long hours spent basking in the sunlight. “Named after the French word for silk, ‘Soie’ captures sunlit brightness along with the sensuality of stepping into yourself — the transformative ritual of dressing up as a long sun-kissed day blends into dusk, when still-warm, salty skin meets cool evening air,” the brand says in a press release.

The fragrance first opens with bergamot — next, rice milk adds a creamy quality, tiare water gives it a distinct solar feeling and evening jasmine turns it subtly floral. Like the rest of the “You” scents, “Soie” is completed with the brand’s signature musky ambrox base to give it that classic “your skin but better” touch.
“Glossier You Soie” retails for $82 USD and will be available for purchase on the brand’s website starting March 26.
