Kiko Kostadinov Turns Bangs Into Bird Feathers

The brand debuted graphic wigs at its FW26 show.

Kiko Kostadinov debuted its Fall/Winter 2026 collection at Paris Fashion Week, which drew inspiration from feathers and the small creatures that they belong to. Harping on the theme, the brand also sent a multitude of graphic hair looks down the runway, from striped bangs to multi-colored wigs.

“Look outside these windows today, and you may see not only the sky and the street, but a heron, a swan or a parakeet. These small creatures, even in cities as bustling as Paris, London, Tokyo or Los Angeles, connect us to the cadence of nature if we pay close attention,” the brand says about the collection. “This season explores the tension between observer and observed. What does it mean to see and to be seen? This question lies at the heart of womanhood.”

Similarly to the garments, the beauty looks played into iridescence and movement. Executed by Tomihiro Kono, the hair details emphasized the show’s interest in lush nature amid chaotic landscapes. Specifically, wigs and bangs adorned in dots, stripes and crisscross patterns were worn to emulate intricate bird feathers.

In other beauty news, SheaMoisture debuted a brand new campaign featuring Law Roach.
