Melissa and Scholl just dropped a new collaboration, and this one is bringing the summer heat months in advance. Taking an icon of footwear and turning it into a new-gen essential, Melissa just brought Scholl up to speed. The capsule merges fun and comfort, giving you the best of both worlds with every step and outfit. With a campaign set in Rio de Janeiro, this duo wants you to start planning your summer holiday now.
The collaboration includes two new sandals, merging the signature styles of both brand’s into new creations for warm weather and sun-soaked streets. The first pair is a hybrid of Melissa’s popular jelly Possession sandals and Scholl’s iconic Pescura sandal. Both are instantly recognizable and widely-loved on their own, but together, this shoe is unstoppable. The sandal takes the top half of the Possession sandal and meshes it with the Pescura’s sole, giving the jellies a chunkier look and a small heel for elevated settings.
The second half of the capsule is a modern take on the iconic Pescura sandal, redesigned with Melissa’s jelly Melflex material rather than wood and leather. Available in a myriad of warm colors, from turquoise to lavender, summer vacation came early with these sandals.
