Diesel Taps Dove Cameron to Be the Face of Its First Feminine Fragrance
Introducing “ONLY DESIRE.”
Diesel has officially unveiled its first feminine fragrance under the creative direction of Glenn Martens. “ONLY DESIRE” is described by the brand as “a bold manifesto capturing the transformative energy of feminine desire today.” In honor of the launch, the brand called upon Dove Cameron to star in a sultry campaign inspired by the scent’s modern take on womanhood.
“With this new chapter, we wanted to capture the DNA of Diesel: a statement of confidence, freedom and self-expression,” Glenn Martens says in a press release. “From the fragrance to the bottle design, every detail plays with sensuality and attitude. The scent feels soft but leaves a bold presence. The same duality is reflected in Dove Cameron, the face of the campaign, who naturally brings together intensity and softness.”

Encased in a glass orchid bottle, “ONLY DESIRE” feels empowering given its evocative amber-floral notes. It first opens with fresh notes of bergamot oil, aldehydes, pear accord and banana. Next, it turns undeniably seductive thanks to cumin oil, vanilla orchid, jasmine grandiflorum India and rum absolute. Lastly, vanilla bourbon premium Madagascar, praline accord and ambery woods add a sweet yet cozy touch.
“ONLY DESIRE” retails for $96 USD and is available for purchase on the brand’s website.
