Marc Jacobs Beauty Is Finally Back on Shelves
The collection is available now.
Our prayers have been answered — Marc Jacobs Beauty is officially back. First launched in 2013, the makeup brand became a cool girl staple for its high-performance formulas and runway-esque, editorial edge. Today, Marc Jacobs Beauty announced its return back to the beauty market, with seven high-impact, city-proof products rounding out the brand new collection.
By tapping into a rebellious lens in spite of beauty’s affinity for barely-there, clean girl makeup, Marc Jacobs Beauty is leading the maximalist movement with an irreverent color palette and playful packaging. “I think about beauty the way I think about fashion: it’s an area for creativity and self-expression,” Marc Jacobs says in a press release. “Marc Jacobs Beauty represents joy, and is a celebration of how we can use makeup to express ourselves through color, through texture and shape.”
Launching this June, the capsule includes eyeshadows housed in star compacts and heart-shaped lipsticks to reignite our love for the fun side of beauty. Of the many new additions there’s the waterproof Drawn This Way Eyeliner in a multitude of candy-colored shades, the highly pigmented cream-to-powder Born Star Eyeshadow, the smudge-proof Flashes Mascara, the multiuse Joystick Blush Stick for vibrant cheek and lip color, the soft-focus Legally Bronze Bronzer, the water jelly Money Shot Highlighter Gel for a light-reflecting, pearlescent finish and the low-maintenance Heart on Lipstick which delivers the pigment of a lipstick and the nourishment of a balm.
Marc Jacobs Beauty is now available for purchase at Sephora.
In other news, SACHEU launched a two-in-one lip liner.
