Starface Is the First Acne Brand to Enter the World of F1
The brand is the official beauty partner of driver Alexandra Hainer.
At the Miami Grand Prix, beloved Gen Z skincare brand Starface made its debut as the first acne brand to enter the F1 space. By linking up with Alexandra Hainer as her official beauty partner, the partnership also highlights the driver’s Starface-branded car and gear — serving as a major reminder of beauty’s undeniable role in sports.
“The fashion industry has taken over F1, but skincare and beauty hasn’t caught up yet, and that’s where Starface comes in. The brand continues to dominate unexpected spaces bringing acne and skincare to the forefront of the conversation,” the brand says in a press release. As a major symbol of the cool girl skincare movement that regards cuteness as just as important as effectiveness, the collaboration is yet another reminder of Starface’s undeniable cultural impact.
As the first woman to win the McLaren championship and an avid user of Starface, the brand tapped Alexandra Hainer to carry out its mission of playful skincare for all. In addition to her Starface car, the driver also wore branded elements across her helmet, gloves and racing kit — including the brand’s cult-favorite Hydro Star pimple patches.
In other news, Olivia Rodrigo wore a full face of Lancôme on Saturday Night Live.
