Teyana Taylor Fronts Alaïa's Fall Campaign
“I’ve always loved fashion that lets a woman own who she is without having to say too much.”
When multi-hyphenate Teyana Taylor steps in front of the camera, you know it will be good. Joining a legendary lineage of stage powerhouses who have inspired Alaïa, think Grace Jones and Tina Turner, Taylor is the star of the house’s stunning Fall 2026 campaign.
Shot by renowned photographer David Sims, the moody black-and-white images spotlight Taylor’s athletic precision, movement and raw strength. The campaign feels like an intimate portrait, showcasing Alaïa’s signature second-skin knit dresses and body-sculpting silhouettes in motion. Highlights include a shimmering metallic-embellished mini dress and a jersey piece featuring waist-defining cutouts.
“I’ve always loved fashion that lets a woman own who she is without having to say too much,” Teyana shared. “David captured that confidence in a way that feels very natural to me. Strong, sensual and completely in the spirit of Alaïa.”
Taylor’s intensity makes every single frame feel suspended in time. Coupled with a dynamic campaign film, Alaïa proves once again that clothing is the ultimate medium to celebrate a free, powerful woman. Head over to the Alaïa website to experience the magic for yourself.
