Diesel Brought Back Paper Dolls For Its FW26 Campaign

Taking the new collection on a worldwide excursion.

Diesel is taking self-expression to new heights for Fall/Winter 2026. Under the vision of creative director Glenn Martens and art director Christopher Simmonds, the brand’s latest campaign transforms studio portraiture into an open, worldwide journey.

Photographed initially by Verity Smiley-Jones against a bold red backdrop, models wearing the FW26 collection were transformed into life-sized cardboard cutouts and shipped across the globe. From London to New Delhi, with stops in Shanghai, Cairo and Rio de Janeiro, local photographers placed the cutouts in real-life settings, letting curious passersby, local streets and iconic landmarks complete the story.

Each city spotlights pieces from the collection. In London, Erika Kamano captures the new D-COCCO stiletto sandal amidst the buzz of Piccadilly Circus. Shanghai’s urban scenes frame 3-D Denim and the D-Heel jean through Fish Zhang’s lens, while Malak El Sawi juxtaposes Wrinkled Boiled Knitwear against the pyramids in Cairo. In Rio, Rergio Richard highlights Concert Print tees and the spikey Stinger Watch on Ipanema beach, before the tour wraps up in New Delhi with Megha Singha capturing Cut Out Floral Knits on a rickshaw.

Tying the global tour together is the D-ONE, Diesel’s standout bag of the season. Featuring a slouchy leather silhouette accented by buckled straps inspired by belt loops, the versatile accessory is crafted especially for jetsetters and fashion lovers.

The Diesel FW26 collection is available to purchase now on the Diesel website.

In other news, adidas and Simone Rocha unveiled their debut collaboration.
