Tennis Champion Naomi Osaka Is Shiseido's New Beauty Ambassador

Osaka shares her favorite skincare products for an active lifestyle.

Japanese beauty company Shiseido has tapped 21-year-old tennis champion Naomi Osaka to be its beauty ambassador. Osaka, the first Japanese player to win a Grand Slam, will be the face of BareMinerals and sunscreen brand Anessa as well.

To announce the news Shiseido CEO Masahiko Uotani held a press conference with Naomi. She goes on to share that sunscreen is her most important skincare item because of how much time she spends practicing outdoors. Shiseido gentle products are well-suited for Naomi’s own sensitive skin.

Osaka will begin to promote new products from the retailer beginning next spring. If you’re in the market for some new skincare picks, check out our Black Friday roundup of discounted beauty goods.
