Vivienne Westwood Is All About Punk in Her Burberry Collaboration Campaign
Lensed by David Sims.
Following his appointment at Burberry earlier this year, Riccardo Tisci teased a collaboration with British punk icon Vivienne Westwood. Now the campaign for the exciting drop has finally been revealed, and it is shot by legendary photographer David Sims.
Celebrating British style and heritage, the collection is inspired by Westwood’s iconic collections, and follows a unisex approach across all styles. The collaboration marks Tisci’s first since his appointment at the fashion house, and it features classic double-breasted jackets, a hugger jacket and mini kilt, as well as lace-up platforms and a beret – all covered in Burberry’s vintage check, of course. The collection will also support rainforest charity Cool Earth, donating part of the proceeds as well as highlighting the charity on one of the pieces in the collection.
Take a look at the campaign starring Kate Moss, Vivienne Westwood, Andreas Kronthaler and more in the gallery above, and stay tuned as the collection is set to release world-wide soon.
