Y/Project's Fall/Winter 2018 Collection Proves UGGs Are Back For Good

“It is a statement.”

Y/Project‘s Fall/Winter 2018 collection presented at Paris Fashion Week is a vibrant and refreshing take on winterwear. The fun range offers unique pieces like experimental statement denim, oversized outerwear and whimsical separates. Creative director Glenn Martens’ imagination comes to life in the form of classic striped sweaters paired with dramatic skirts and the eccentric denim silhouettes the brand is known for. Alongside the clothing, the brand showcased its UGG collaboration which reimagines the footwear brand’s beloved aesthetic into an extra long stiletto, classic stiletto and mule and Coquette slide.

Collectively the looks ventured beyond the norm and showcase how seamlessly the range mixes and matches. One particularly dreamy look is the royal blue shearling jacket worn with a matching top and black pants. Similarly, another eclectic pairing is the larger-than-life brown suede UGG boots paired with a natural green-hued leather coat.

Check out the top looks in the gallery above.
