Are Dolce & Gabbana's Sorrento Sneakers Actually Becoming a Thing?

Crafted with a rugged, detailed sole.

Dolce & Gabbana has recently debuted a Spring/Summer 2018 version of its slip-on Sorrento silhouette in “Red/Black.” This sneaker design appears to be strikingly similar to the Pharrell Williams x adidas Originals HU NMD model.

The futuristic printed design is constructed with a technical stretch fabric which comes in a vibrant red. Standing out on the model is the branded taping alongside the two-tone sole. Rounding out the detailing is the rugged sole. Perhaps the most unique component of this design are the multi-colored shapes which are on the sides of the outer sole unit. Style the sporty slip-on sneakers with a well-cut denim skirt for a modern look.

Head to mytheresa.com to purchase the Sorrento sneakers where they price out at $575 USD.

For another new age sneaker design, take a look at Nike‘s latest Air Force 1 Upstep which features a part-knitted, part-leather upper.
