These Gucci Bootleg Slides Are Inspired by SEGA Video Games

Gucci recently unveiled two iPhone cases inspired by ’80s video games and it turns out the luxury house has also applied those retro graphics to summer’s ultimate footwear option – slides.
Constructed from a luxe saffiano leather, these slip-on sandals arrive in a “mystic” off-white colorway. The black, moulded rubber footbed allows for optimum comfort – even if you’re on your feet all day. Across the midfoot is a single wide strap which boasts the bootleg “GUCCY” text logo which is clearly inspired by SEGA’s iconic logo. This is encircled by glimmering, mini gold stars. The look is completed with a grained leather trim around the edges.
