Nike Unveils Its BETRUE 2018 Collection
Just in time for Pride Month.
Nike has debuted its BETRUE 2018 collection just in time for Pride Month. The capsule “celebrates colors and symbols that have been reclaimed and historically repurposed by the LGBTQ community.” Using the color lavender and the pink triangle sign, the capsule’s insignia seeks to empower LGBTQ individuals.
The line includes the Air VaporMax Plus, Air Max 270, Zoom Fly and Epic React Flyknit. Each silhouette has its own mix of purple, pink and white tones accenting its best features. The Air VaporMax Plus holds a rainbow upper while the Zoom Fly sports race care decals on its lateral. The Air Max 270 will be in limited supply so those looking to pick up a pair should definitely mark their calendars for the release.
Along with these four sneakers, coordinating T-shirts, socks, hats, a heritage hip pack will all stock on June 6. Fans can find the collection on nike.com and at select retail locations globally. In case you missed it, the Air Max 98 “Mash Up” pack is alway on the way.
