Nike Covers the Air Max 97 in a Summery "Black Grape" Colorway

For the purple lovers.

Nike has released the Air Max 97 in a “Black Grape” colorway that is perfect for the summer. This pair is the exact opposite of the “South Beach” colorway which uses white as its main hue. The retro runner holds a black base with hints of teal and violet that adds some dimension to its frame.

The women’s-exclusive sneaker sits atop a white midsole with a visible violet Air Max Unit to match the Swoosh. Black laces with an outsole to match complete the popular ’90s silhouette.

“Black Grape” is available now at Feature priced out at $160 USD. Take a closer look at it above and be sure to also check out the dreamy rose gold iteration as well. If you’re looking for kicks with a similar color profile the ”Grape” Air Max 270 are a prime choice.
