Take a Closer Look at Y-3's SS19 Footwear

The Raito Racer and Kasabaru are transformed.

Yohji Yamamoto and adidas presented Y-3’s Spring/Summer 2019 collection in Paris to an excited crowd. To pair with the line of sporty fashion a range of freshly-designed footwear was presented.

Leading the range is a new silhouette dubbed the Raito Racer which has a BOOST midsole and Primeknit upper. The Kaiwa returns in two new eye-catching colorways for those who can’t resist its form. The Kaiwa Knit and Ren represent the next progression for the sneakers. adi’s ’70s basketball sneaker is reimagined as the Kasabaru which is crafted from a smooth nylon material with a scalloped rubber outsole. Completing the line is the Y-3 Runner 4-D which was made using Digital Light Synthesis. Its red upper is paired with green soles creating a must-have runner.
