The New adidas Originals Continental 80 Highlights Electric Yellow Accents
Will you be adding this to your sneaker rotation?
Thanks to its striking resemblance to the YEEZY Powerphase, the adidas Originals Continental 80 has become a streetwear favorite since its initial release back in June. Having already seen variations in both white and “Core Black,” Three Stripes now returns with an all-new colorway. As with previous models, the trainer highlights a largely tonal look – in this case, grey, which is seen across both the upper and midsole. The other hues used in the palette are electric yellow and dark navy. Seen in a dual-toned stripe that cuts across at a diagonal on both the side and medial panels, the fluorescent coloration creates a stark contrast against the neutral base grey.
Using the same color combination, adidas logo branding is seen on an emblem placed directly underneath the eyelets. Rounding off the look is the label’s iconic Trefoil insignia emblazoned on the tongue tag in black, as well as at the tongue tab.
You can shop the new Continental 80 now at select stockists such as Foot Locker UK, where it retails for £79.99 GBP (approximately $105 USD).
