Nike's Air Max 97 “Phantom” Is a Minimalist's Dream

Nike recently dropped its iconic Air Max 97 in an eccentric, all over “Just Do It” print. Those who prefer to keep it low-key when it comes to their kicks haven’t been forgotten, however, as Nike has also unveiled the silhouette in a crisp “Phantom” colorway.
The signature water-ripple upper is seen in the creamy, off-white colorway, complemented by matching laces and a miniature Swoosh on the lateral side. To contrast, the sockliner arrives in black, as do the pull tabs on the tongue and heel, with Air Max branding seen in both places, too. Beneath lies a white midsole with visible Air Max cushioning inside and a black outsole. Why not pair these with an all-white outfit for a chic, summer-ready look?
