Acne Studios x Fjällräven Reveal Their First-Ever Collaboration
Featuring three new styles of the beloved Kånken backpack.
Swiftly following the debut of Acne Studios‘ latest footwear and handbag offerings, the cult label presents its newly designed collaborative effort with Fjällräven. The collection notes the first time Fjällräven has worked alongside another company. The range features revamped pieces including outerwear, trousers and the label’s beloved Kånken backpacks.
The colorful pieces were created as a celebration of the Swedish roots of the two brands. One design detail is not to be missed on numerous items — the country’s blue and yellow national flag. Notably, throughout the capsule, we notice bold separates featuring faux fur trims and co-branding, appearing as vibrant patches. Outerwear arrives in striking colors such as orange, yellow and blue.
Accessories are perhaps what Fjällräven is most known for, thanks to its Kånken backpack. In the collab, the carry-all is transformed into three different iterations. There’s a classic backpack which arrives with internal pockets, and can be worn as a clutch or messenger bag. Other accessories include outdoor hats and a camouflage sleeping bag.
