A First Look at Christophe Lemaire's Collection for Uniqlo U
A minimalist dream.
Japanese retailer Uniqlo has previously collaborated with everyone from artist KAWS to J.W Anderson, and now the label is once again collaborating with French designer Christophe Lemaire for a second collection. Teaming up with Uniqlo U, Lemaire’s collection will feature advanced designs, patterns and fabric developments – all following the designer’s signature aesthetic merged with Uniqlo’s love for elevated basics.
The two have just given us a first look at the upcoming line, featuring everything from fall-ready turtlenecks and knits, to large puffer jackets and shearling coats. Following a color palette of deep red, yellow, brown and earthy hues, the collection is perfect for mixing and matching and is ideal for layering. The Christophe Lemaire x Uniqlo U collaboration is set to drop at the brand’s flagship in New York on September 13, as well as in additional stores on September 14. Peep some of the pieces in the gallery above, and stay tuned for the release.
