The singer-songwriter has mastered the “no-makeup” look.
Vogue has tapped Los Angeles singer-songwriter Jhené Aiko to star in its latest episode of Beauty Secrets. She begins with a fresh face making her first eyebrows the first step. She admits its can take up to 30 minutes for her to make sure they’re even and look like “sisters.” She moves onto creating her subtle smoky eye which she completes before apply under-eye concealer. This allows for her to clean up any mistake without detection. Dark shades from Urban Decay‘s NAKED palette are applied to the outermost area of her eye and waterline.
NARS‘ Sheer Glow foundation in the shade “Syracuse” serves as her base. She puts on a thin layer allowing her skin to still peek through. She also uses the same brush to clean up her brows as well. She finishes off with Dior’s Lip Maximizer which she calls her favorite lip gloss.
