Kozue Akimoto Talks Fashion, Modeling and Growing Up in Japan

You may recognize her strikingly sharp bangs, long hair and signature red lips. Japanese model Kozue Akimoto has made a huge name for herself in the fashion industry, from walking in Matthew Williams‘ coveted 1017 ALYX 9SM show, to sitting front-row at some of the biggest designers’ shows like Dior and Louis Vuitton – she has no plans on slowing down. The fashion influencer has amassed nearly half a million followers on Instagram, and has released two exclusive books, with the most recent release featuring exclusive images captured by family and friends throughout the past year.
During her the release of her book Kozue 2017-2018 we had the chance to sit down with the model to talk everything from her own unique style, growing up with an interest in fashion, as well as being young and her plans for the future.
