Gucci Celebrates Chinese New Year With "Year of the Pig" Collection

The 35-piece range references Disney’s ‘Three Little Pigs.’

Gucci has debuted its “Year of the Pig” collection in celebration of Chinese New Year. The 35-piece range includes women’s apparel and accessories that are accented with pig graphics inspired by Disney’s Three Little Pigs film.

The women’s selections includes pajamas, knitwear, T-shirts, sweatshirts and scarves each accented with feature the new Gucci-designed pig. The Supreme backpack and Ace sneaker also get the “Year of the Pig” treatment which we see in the campaign above. The Italian label also debuted a new eyewear style adding a red tint to its hexagonal frames. Photographer Frank Labon took to the streets of New York City to capture the collection in action.

Shoppers can pick up items from the line now online and in-store. Those who place online orders will receive their goods in dedicated CNY packaging. Peep our favorite items below.
