Calling All Hello Kitty Lovers, BE@RBRICK Is Dropping Three Exclusive Figures
Celebrating the feline’s 45-year anniversary.
This year famous feline Hello Kitty is celebrating her 45-year anniversary, and to celebrate the occasion, Medicom Toy has teamed up with Sanrio to create three distinctive BE@RBRICK figures reminiscent of the ’70s, ’90s and ’00s.
The ’70s-inspired design is dressed in blue overalls with two white buttons, and sees a crisp white head and Hello Kitty’s signature face and long whiskers painted, finished off with the characters iconic red ribbon on the left ear. The same iconic accessory is featured on the ’00s-inspired design, which is dressed in black overalls, and comes with a glossy silver body. Lastly, the ’90s take on the piece boasts pink quilted overalls, a white body and a flower to accessorize the left ear with.
The Hello Kitty BE@RBRICKs will be available on November 1, starting at 11 p.m. EST at cjmart.jp in 100% and 400% sizes, retailing at $121 USD, as well as the 1000% size of the ’70s piece at $404 USD. Peep the figures in the gallery above.
