UPDATE: Sean Wotherspoon Teases New Look at Upcoming Sneaker With atmos and ASICS
The streetwear icon shared another shot of the collaborative GEL-Lyte III.
UPDATE (December 31, 2019): Following his initial announcement of a three-way collaboration with ASICS and Hirofumi “Koji” Kojima of Japanese brand atmos, Sean Wotherspoon took to Instagram with a new look at the trio’s upcoming GEL-Lyte III.
Wotherspoon’s photo reveals mismatched sneakers constructed of wide wale corduroy panels in green, blue and orange on the left shoe and purple and green on the right. ASICS’ signature stripe arrives as interchangeable velcro strips in black, blue, red, green and yellow for a customizable touch.

ORIGINAL STORY (October 30, 2019): Sean Wotherspoon of vintage empire Round Two, has confirmed an upcoming three-way collaboration between himself, ASICS and Hirofumi “Koji” Kojima of Japanese brand atmos. Wotherspoon posted a much speculated-upon series of teaser images of the collaboration — a take on the ASICS GEL-Lyte III — on Instagram.
Though the images give a limited view of the upcoming sneaker, the model appears to be constructed of a corduroy upper in contrasting blue, red and green shades. Velcro overlays indicate the option for customization. Further images posted to a private Instagram account show the atmos logo featured on the right shoe and teal and pink detailing on the left.
