Penn Badgley Accidentally Confirms Season 3 of Netflix's 'You'
Are you ready for more of Joe and Love?
For those who have binged their way through the entire second season of Netflix‘s You, you may already have a couple of questions after that unexpected, insane final episode. After only premiering on December 26, Penn Badgley, who plays the show’s main character Joe Goldberg, has confirmed that a third season has been “unofficially” planned.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Badgley accidentally overshared when asked about Victoria Pedretti’s character (Love Quinn) and what he thought of her relationship with Joe. “Dare I say, I think in the third season,” he stopped, realizing he said too much. Rolling his eyes, he continued, “Oh, God.” After his accidental slip, the interviewer asked the former Gossip Girl star to give further details but unfortunately, couldn’t say anything more. “I literally know nothing about the third season. I’m not the person that can say anything official,” he said.
Despite receiving no official confirmation from Netflix in regards to Season 3 of You, Random House has announced that the book series, which the show is based on, is set to receive a third and fourth novel. Entertainment Weekly also reports that author Caroline Kepnes plans on focusing on Joe’s attempts to become a family man in the upcoming chapters.
Stay tuned while we wait for more details to surface. In the meantime, here are five things you didn’t know about Victoria Pedretti.
