Peep the Luminous Gold and Yellow Details on Nike's Air Force 1 Type
Add a pop of color to your winter sneaker rotation.
Nike‘s iconic Air Force 1 silhouette just got a makeover and has arrived in luminous gold and yellow details. The Air Force 1 Type’s design was inspired by runner Steve Prefontaine’s fastest mile and features handwritten logos along with transparent materials.
The sneaker arrives with an adjustable bright yellow strap that attaches to Flywire cables giving it a 360-degree fit around the foot. Its white synthetic and textile upper features a handwritten “N.354” text in black, while the gold-tone stretch tongue has been incorporated with a perforated pattern that provides ventilation. To top off the design, the oversized rubber toe’s geometric pattern was inspired by the technical manuals found inside shoeboxes from the ’70s and ’80s.
Take a detailed look at the pair in the gallery above. The Nike Air Force 1 Type in “White/Gold Suede/Club Gold/University Gold” retails for $140 USD which you can now cop on Nike’s website.
