Paying homage to Los Angeles.
John Elliott‘s officially presents its Spring/Summer 2019 lookbook embodying Elliott’s beloved hometown, Los Angeles. Styled expertly by Matthew Henson, the shots feature footwear by Nike, SUICOKE and a newly designed jewelry collection with M.A.R.S.
To paint a vivid portrait of LA, the lookbook was shot at 15 different locations. The array of locations led to a mixture of candid, still-life and landscape images. Since a majority of the brand’s garments are manufactured there, many of the capsules within the season speak to the people and places that make the brand tick.
Standout selections in the current line include utilitarian-inspired bottoms and outerwear. French terry fabrics also play a large role in the range; they appear with marbling dye effect. Japanese-made denim separates are also staple in the massive assortment of pieces. Lastly, the M.A.R.S. jewelry collection features wallet chains, key rings, thick chain-necklaces, and more, with jade and onyx accents.
John Elliott’s SS19 Women’s collection launches at the brand’s web store in March. The Men’s range will continue being dropped twice a week online. Take a look at the range in the gallery above.
