Earlier last month, K-pop group BTS announced the release of a brand new album. The group’s latest compilation was packed with features from Halsey and Ed Sheeran. Now that the seven-track album has officially arrived, Big Hit Entertainment invites fans to join the group for a live global press conference in celebration of Map of the Soul: Persona.
Most recently, BTS made a guest appearance on Saturday Night Live alongside Emma Stone and wrapped up their Love Yourself tour. According to Billboard, last month Big Hit had nearly doubled its operating profit year to ₩64.1 billion KRW ($56.72 million USD). Back in 2018, BTS’ album Love Yourself: Tear debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
