Eytys Takes Inspiration From Pre-Internet R&B for SS20

Swedish label Eytys has become known for its chunky Angel sneaker, and now the brand is back with a new collection for Spring/Summer 2020. This time around Eytys draws inspiration from old school R&B music and legends as well as pre-internet times, creating an eye-catching capsule with a vast array of new garments and accessories.
“In Eytys world there’s no time to snooze. Freshly awake, she rolls over and feels around for something to slip in to. She pulls on a pair of pristine boxer shorts, a relaxed V-neck varsity knit and slides her feet into a pair of Space Cowboy cyber stompers. Ready!” says Eytys about the collection, highlighting the label’s new sneaker-cowboy boot hybrid as well as the exaggerated silhouettes and tailoring. The collection features a selection of baggy jeans, MC jackets and over-sized T-shirts playing with graphics and color. Sporting a muted color palette, the range is ideal for mixing and matching and is guaranteed to become a staple in your rotation.
