Dylan Sprouse Will Star in the Sequel of One Direction-Fanfiction-Turned-Movie, 'After'
The Suite Life of ‘After We Collided.’
After fans, get ready. The movie sequel was announced earlier this year and with filming beginning this September, it has just been revealed that Dylan Sprouse is going to be cast as the role of Trevor, or as book readers know as “F*cking Trevor.”
In case you’re unfamiliar, After started out as a One Direction fanfiction written by Anna Todd based on Harry Styles and Zayn Malik and was later turned into a novel and a movie. The classic good girl falls for a bad boy story follows the innocent Tessa Young, played by Josephine Langford, who gets caught up in a romance with the mysterious, brooding Hardin Scott, played by Hero Fiennes Tiffin. In the sequel, After We Colllided, Dylan Sprouse’s character is one of Tessa’s co-workers who has a crush on her which causes tension between him and Hardin Scott.
In the official announcement posted on Instagram, Dylan Sprouse says:
“Hello everyone, I’m very excited to announce to you that I will be playing Trevor in After We Collided. I cannot wait to bring F*cking Trevor to life for you, and I’m excited for you all to see the finished content. Can’t wait to start filming.”
