Nickelodeon Reboots the '90s Cult Classic 'Are You Afraid of the Dark?'

The Midnight Society is back.

Announced back in June, Nickelodeon unveiled the reboot of the ’90s classic Are You Afraid of the Dark?. Last week, the television platform released the first official teaser trailer of the upcoming series.

The 15-second clip gives us a glimpse of a new generation of The Midnight Society surrounding a campfire and the events to follow as they tell the tale of the “Carnival of Doom.” The reboot will comprise of three, one-hour long episodes featuring new members to the society including Sam Ashe Arnold, Jeremy Taylor from IT and Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween, Tamara Smart from Artemis Fowl, Lyliana Wray from Black-ish and Miya Cech.
