Take a Closer Look at Nice Kicks x adidas' Tie-Dye "Woodstock" UltraBOOST Sneaker
These sold out in a matter of seconds.
With this year marking 50 years since the iconic Woodstock festival, a celebration took place last weekend on the original festival site at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Sullivan County. While numerous brands like Nike and Ronning are releasing tie-dye items to commemorate, Nice Kicks and adidas have dropped a special iteration of the UltraBOOST, which we now take a closer look at.
Dubbed “Woodstock,” this pair sold out in a matter of seconds once dropping on Saturday at Nice Kicks’ web store for $180 USD. The shoes feature a vibrant tie-dye pattern reminiscent of the ’60s hippie style in shades like blue, pink, yellow, orange and red. Contrasts are added with white BOOST midsoles and a translucent cage hugging the sneaker on the sides. The design is finished off with Nice Kicks and Woodstock’s branding on the insoles and tongue tags.
