G-SHOCK Harkens Back to the ‘90s for Its Newest Series of Watches

The ‘90s are back as evidenced by the newest series of referential watches released by G-SHOCK. Putting a fresh spin on the popularized S-Series, the latest offering of analog-digital watches, dubbed GMAS140-1A and GMAS140- 4A, are reimagined with a wholly new look, fashioned in soft, subtle shades.
Similar to the design of the G-SHOCK GA-140, each of the standout styles features a ‘90s-inspired motif that resembles a retro, stereo component device or portable music player. The new look is defined by its new face and hand design, available in a range of understated colors like pink, blue, purple and lime, that mimic the hues of modern-day sneakers.
With its sleek overhaul and pastel colorways, the latest series from G-SHOCK marries retro and modern styling together in the lookbook above. The GMAS140-1A and GMAS140- 4A retail for $99 USD and are available for purchase at G-SHOCK retailers or the brand’s site.
