NAKED x adidas Give the Response CL Silhouette a Modern, Metallic Twist
Dressed in silver for the first time, the ’00s runners are set to drop this week.
adidas Consortium has tapped Copenhagen-based women’s sneaker retailer NAKED to rework its classic ’00s runner, the Response CL. Arriving in the colorway “Mercury,” the silhouette boasts metallic shades of silver, giving it a modern aesthetic.
The shoe is constructed out of the sportswear label’s signature Formotion and adiprene technology. Sporting a white mesh upper, the pair features synthetic leather overlays and TPU stripes for a more contemporary look. Other standout design elements include eye-catching hits of orange, blue and black found throughout, as well as adidas and NAKED’s logos printed on the laces.
