Hero Cosmetics Drops Its First Post-Blemish Cream Dubbed, Rescue Balm

Its formula tackles common issues such as redness, bumps and dry patches.

Known for its trusty Mighty Patches, Hero Cosmetics has unveiled a brand new addition to its skincare range. Dubbed the Rescue Balm, the new product aims to nourish the skin after a breakout.

Its formula includes ingredients such as replenishing peptides, panthenol and beta-glucan, which helps reduce the appearance of red spots and bumps, smoothens out the skin’s flaky texture and reduce scarring. Simply apply this one-of-a-kind cream once or twice a day after popping a pimple, or after using the brand’s Mighty Patch.

In addition to the new launch, starting on April 9 the skincare label will be offering one free Rescue Balm and one free Mighty Patch Variety Pack to all healthcare professionals who are currently on the front lines of the coronavirus crisis. Workers can claim their free products by filling out Hero Cosmetics’ questionnaire online.

The Rescue Balm retails for $12.99 USD, which you can now purchase at Hero Cosmetics’ website. While you’re here, these are the five skincare ingredients to avoid if you have acne-prone skin.
