Dr. Barbara Sturm Adds Vitamin C Serum to Skincare Lineup
The latest addition from the cult-favorite label.
Containing an active ingredient complex that includes oil-soluble vitamin C THD, synthetic vitamin C in glucosidic form and kakadu plum extract, the serum aims to reduce uneven pigmentation, improve tone and provide anti-oxidative protection. Additionally, the serum also includes zinc to help the skin absorb the vitamin C to its fullest.
“I developed The Good C Vitamin C Serum in response to clients who wanted the radiance-boosting effects of Vitamin C in an optimum concentration, without damaging skin barrier function orcausing sensitivity. My formulation combines the right chemistry of Vitamin C with surrounding ingredient science to boost the skin and provides antioxidant properties that protect from free radicals and daily environmental stress while combatting pigmentation. Regular usage results in a complexion that’s healthy-looking, fresh and radiant,” said Sturm about her latest product.
Like most of the Dr. Barbara Sturm serums, the product comes in a bottle with a pipette applicator, and should be applied across the face (avoiding the eye area) by using gentle tapping motions before applying your moisturiser. The vitamin C serum can also be used along with any other serums from the Barbara Sturm line.
The Good C Vitamin C Serum is now available to shop online at the Dr. Barbara Sturm website, and retails at £110 GBP ($145 USD).
