Glossier Opens First International Flagship Store in London
The retail space will be a community-driven hub for those obsessed with beauty.
Right on the heels of its new Los Angeles store launch, Glossier opens the doors of its first-ever global flagship in London. Located in the oldest building in Covent Garden, Glossier London will be an inviting center for U.K. and European fans of the brand to enjoy immersive retail experiences.
Situated in the historic market square, the permanent space celebrates its new home’s legacy while looking towards a joyful future. Glossier’s signature pink encases the townhouse’s traditional architecture with bountiful soft fabrics and sleek rosy marble. Lofty arched windows fill the space with light, giving way to expansive skincare and makeup counters, complete with Glossier’s cheerful “You Look Good” mirrors and a Wet Bar where customers can play with products.
An essential part of label’s in-store experience is the presence of Glossier Editors — on-site aficionados who are ready and willing to share their expertise with beauty lovers of all levels.
In celebration of the store’s opening, Glossier London will be offering a London passport holder (£25 GBP, approximately $33 USD) and London-inspired sticker for purchase. £5 from every sale of the London passport holder will be donated to Hatch, a nonprofit that supports underrepresented entrepreneurs by providing them with the knowledge, confidence and skills needed to launch and grow sustainable and impactful businesses.
Located at 43 King Street, Glossier London officially opens December 9. Hours of operation are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Sunday.
