Nike Teases New Blazer Mid "Voodoo"

With a mini removable voodoo doll.

Nike channeled a mainstream interpretation of voodoo with a new Blazer Mid. While the release does little to encompass the totality of Vodou, it does deliver on kitsch thanks in part to a removable mini voodoo doll.

The Nike Blazer Mid “Voodoo” comes in a canvas and suede upper with button details, rope laces and decorative topstitching. Touches of houndstooth appear at the heel tab with embroidered “Love” text in orange. Finishing off the look is a classic gum rubber sole unit.

The release follows a collaborative Nike Blazer Low by FORTY PERCENT AGAINST RIGHTS and a reimagined model dubbed the Blazer Mid ‘77 Jumbo featuring an oversized Swoosh.

Look out for the Nike Blazer Mid “Voodoo” to release via Nike in the upcoming weeks. In other sneaker news, take a first look at Billie Eilish’s upcoming Air Force 1.
