Palm Trees Take Over Dior's Latest Summer 2021 Range
The fashion house’s Book Tote receives a tropical update.
In preparation for the warmer months ahead, Dior has released its Summer 2021 collection for women. Inspired by palm trees, Maria Grazia Chiuri‘s new designs explore the balance between comfort and beauty.
Silhouettes like skirts, dresses, sweaters, pants and jackets boast beige and blue stripes combined with tropical patterns. Standout pieces include the house’s signature Book Tote bag fully embroidered with the blue Dior Palms print. Elsewhere, the vibrant silk and Mitzah scarves feature a new take on the hallmark Toile de Jouy motif. In footwear, the D-Connect sneaker is crafted from technical fabric and comes with a thick sole. Rubber details can be found throughout, along with blue leather overlays on the rounded toe.
