Cartier Gives Its Signature Tank Cintrée Watch a Modern Makeover
Limited to 150 numbered units.
In celebration of the Tank Cintrée watch‘s 100th birthday, Cartier has launched a brand new iteration of the iconic silhouette. Limited to 150 numbered pieces, the timepiece boasts a yellow-gold exterior paired with a brown leather strap.
As a tribute to the original model, the updated style arrives in a simple curved design along with an elegant “eggshell” dial. Featuring an elongated case, the watch’s thickness measures 6.40 millimeters and comes with its signature elements including the “rail track,” Roman numerals, apple-shaped hands, beaded winding crown set with a sapphire cabochon and ardillon buckle bracelet. Rounding out the accessory is its new Manufacture movement with manual winding.
Priced at $29,900 USD, the limited-edition Tank Cintrée is currently sold out. However, you can head over to the brand’s website and sign up to be notified when it will restock the style.
